Kylie Jenner faces a second lawsuit from Juana Delgado Soto, who alleges severe harassment and discrimination in the workplace. Soto filed the lawsuit on April 29, 2026, in Hidden Hills, California. This follows similar claims made by another former employee just days earlier.
Soto began working for Jenner in May 2019. In her lawsuit, she alleges that she was subjected to racial discrimination and abusive treatment from her supervisors and colleagues. Soto claims her supervisor mocked her accent and immigration status.
In 2024, Soto filed a complaint with Human Resources regarding her treatment. However, she alleges that after writing a letter to Jenner detailing her grievances, she was threatened with termination. She resigned in August 2025 due to anxiety caused by the ongoing harassment.
The lawsuit includes 20 causes of action against Jenner and her affiliated companies. Soto’s allegations mirror those of Angelica Vasquez, who recently filed a similar lawsuit against Jenner.
Soto also claims she was denied adequate time off to grieve her brother’s death. Additionally, she asserts that she was forced to work late on her birthday instead of attending a surprise party.
According to Soto’s attorney, Della Shaker, “My client alleges multiple employment [and] labor law violations by Kylie Jenner and her affiliated companies.” The situation has raised serious concerns about workplace conduct in high-profile environments.
