The 28th Flying Pig Marathon is set for Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Cincinnati. The event will see around 45,000 participants from all 50 states and over 30 countries.

Opening ceremonies will kick off at 6:30 a.m. on race day. Wheelchair and handcrank racers will begin five minutes earlier at 6:25 a.m. A four-person relay race will also start at the same time as the opening ceremony.

This marathon has become a staple in Cincinnati since its inception. It has grown significantly over the years, showcasing its international appeal. Notably, 64 participants—known as Streakers—will compete in their 28th consecutive Flying Pig Marathon.
