Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig sold their Brooklyn townhouse for $11.8 million in April 2026.
The property, located at 22 Strong Place in Cobble Hill, spans 6,600 square feet. They purchased it for $6.75 million in August 2017.
This sale was an off-market deal, highlighting the couple’s discreet approach to real estate transactions.
Interestingly, this is their second major property sale within just over a year. In February 2025, they sold an adjacent townhouse at 20 Strong Place for $4.05 million.
As of midday, the buyer remains anonymous and reportedly paid all cash for the property.
The couple has maintained other residences, including a London home in Primrose Hill and a rural estate in Ulster County, New York, which they purchased in 2008.
In addition to their real estate activities, Rachel Weisz will return alongside Brendan Fraser for “The Mummy 4,” set to release on May 19, 2028. The franchise has generated around $1.8 billion worldwide since its revival in 1999.
