Juan Brunetta scored the only goal of the match in the 67th minute. This goal was crucial for Tigres, who managed to keep Nashville SC at bay throughout the game.
Nashville SC failed to register a single shot on target during the match. Their inability to capitalize on opportunities ultimately led to their exit from the tournament.
The match took place at Estadio Universitario “El Volcán” in front of a vibrant home crowd. Tigres UANL will now prepare to face either Toluca or LAFC in the final.
