Free agent wide receiver Tyreek Hill recently shared an update on his recovery, stating he still has “no power” in his surgically repaired left leg. This update comes approximately 10 months after he underwent two operations following a significant injury sustained last season. Hill, a 32-year-old wide receiver, posted a workout video on YouTube on Wednesday night, detailing his progress.

The injury occurred in late September of last season and involved a dislocated left knee and a torn ACL. Hill explained in his video, “My left leg is the one that I injured. I have no power in my left leg, so I’m trying to regain all the power back in my left leg. But it’s one day at a time.” He was seen performing various exercises and running in the video, despite the ongoing challenge with his leg.

Hill also recounted being told by doctors that he “might not be able to walk again” after the injury. Despite this, he expressed optimism about his recovery timeline. “I ain’t going to tell you what my timeline is, but timeline looking real good right now, man,” Hill stated.

The Miami Dolphins released Hill on February 16, a move described as cost-cutting after he spent four seasons with the team. This made him a free agent for the first time in his professional career. In the 2025 season, before his injury, Hill recorded 21 catches for 265 yards and one touchdown in four games.
